New LifeTransactionsPersonalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by us.
Every item is made to order, so production starts once your design is approved — not when the order is placed. Most orders are produced within 2–3 weeks of proof approval. Larger runs, event work, and bulk orders can take longer; we'll give you a date in writing before we begin. Rush service is available in your cart and moves your whole order to the front of the queue.
Orders ship once production and quality checks are complete. You'll receive tracking as soon as your package is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Local pickup can be arranged on request.
If your order arrives damaged, or if there's an error we made — wrong size, wrong color, misprinted artwork we produced incorrectly — contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you. That means a replacement or a refund, your choice.
Custom pieces are made for one person and can't be resold or restocked. That's why we send a digital proof before anything goes to print: it's your opportunity to check spelling, colors, sizing, and placement. Please review it carefully — an approved proof is what we produce from.
Changes are usually possible before you approve your proof. Once production has started, we may not be able to change or cancel an order. Reach out as soon as you can and we'll do what we're able to.
